Scott is the Managing Broker/Owner and co-founder of PIP Realty Group. He has been a licensed broker in Illinois since 1992, has listed and sold over 1250 properties throughout Chicagoland and has been a top producing agent for over 28 years. He is an avid real estate investor, developer, property owner and recognized as a member of the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame. Scott is a graduate of the School of Business at Eastern Illinois University. He is veteran of the United States Army where he served over seas and was a member of the U.S. Boxing Team. His “whatever it takes attitude” has been the cornerstone of his business. Scott is married with three children and is an avid tennis player, sportsman, and private pilot.

Jon Garrity is co-owner and co-founder of PIP Realty Group and is responsible for financial oversight, technology integration, and supervising day to day operations of the firm. Jon brings more than a decade of real estate investing, development, and management experience on top of his passion for using technology to automate mundane and repetitive processes, reducing errors and improving customer and employee experiences. Jon and Scott have led PIP Realty Group through four years of rapid growth, transforming it into the boutique firm of choice of real estate investors who seek a reliable partner that provides all services under one roof.
